I had the best experience purchasing a vehicle at this dealership today. Rocky was fantastic and patient. I test drove multiple vehicles, and took a few hours of his time. He didn't rush me and answered all questions. I wanted a safe and reliable vehicle for my family. I drove a used Mazda CX-5 that I loved, but it had a crack in rear bumper, and they offered to fix it free of charge with my purchase.Top notch customer service! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful!

We had issues with our suburban and brought it in to be serviced. Not only are the service staff kind and knowledgeable, but they work very diligently to make sure that the job is completed thoroughly. We had an issue and spoke to our service advisor, Jimmy, and he made sure everything was taken care of!
Very happy with Greencastle Chevy! I got my 2006 Lexus LX serviced with them and they did great. My advisor Carrie was attentive and polite, love the video the tech sent of my vehicle when he had it. Definitely will keep coming back!
