I left a low review due to a check engine light on a vehicle I purchased two days ago and I got a prompt and professional call for them to make it right for my inconvenience.
I've been dealing with Greencastle Chevrolet and it's predecessor for years. I've had issues in the past so I'm never sure what to expect. They've made things right but obviously I can't trust them. I just called in to schedule my Trax for PA inspection. My experience was terrible, the girl said my email address and home address were not on my account.
