UPDATE: I finally had someone return my call. Had the oil Change. A quick tip, to bypass the AI generated gal. Ask for one of the service folks, Jimmy or Bobby, aka the twins. Im going to update my stars to three. if corporate gets the AI generated individual to work better, i would give 4 stars I tried to get a price for an oil change i could not get past the AI generated individual, she wanted all personal information and to schedule it before a quoted price.

Took my chevy silverado in to have computer checked. Which they did and recommended what should be fixed. But when I left my driver's side power window was not working. Spoke to the service department and they told me to hit my door panel. When my truck went in it was working now it's not and there solution was for me to hit my door!! Never once did he say come back and we will take a look. I would have paid to have it fixed but never given the chance.
