Replaced rear bumper and rear hatch on 2016 vw golf Car came back looking better than new (no joke) Great communication from the service team, and heaven is an excellent team member.
Took my dodge charger to them for work, took them longer than told to do the work. Once we went to pick the car up, the spot welds weren’t sanded down and the rear tint was only half way up the window. After they fixed it and we went back, the drivers door had fresh scratches that weren’t there before. The girl in charge swore they were there but I have pictures that show different. Well I thought I had an appt. that I thought I made on line to do a recall repair on my 2011 Ford Fiesta. I don't know where the misunderstanding happened, but they were so kind to us and now we understand better the procedure, I didn't get a confirmation so I should have called.
i was in an unfortunate accident that ended up making my car look not so pretty. i needed basically the entire drivers side replaced- thanks to everybody at the collision center, my car looks brand new again!! (even better than when i bought it) i highly recommend them for any body repair needs!! annette and heaven are amazing to work with to get everything scheduled! 10/10
Me and my wife were devastated when a tree totaled her brand new Buick !!! We are the most picky people so we were terrified our vehicle would no longer look brand new BUT thanks to Greencastle Chevrolet they made our vehicle look BETTER than new !!!! We couldn’t believe how amazing our vehicle looked ! Heaven and Annette made sure me and my wife didn’t have to worry at all throughout the entire process!!! Best experience I’ve had in a long time with a local business!!! 10 out of 10 all day!!!!
