Dr Blais and her staff are very professional and friendly. We have three daughters with braces and every time we’ve contacted the office about an emergency fix, we were promptly accommodated. The waiting room is inviting with free coffee, tea and hot chocolate for waiting parents and siblings. Her appointments usually start on-time and she takes the time to communicate with parents regarding treatment progress.
Very unprofessional when it came to payment. There was s portion of by bill that was not covered by my insurance which was $29.00, the first call was made and I offered to pay over the phone with credit card, but that option was not available. I then proceeded to ask the hours so I could go in and make my payment, the hours did not coincide with my work hours so I then asked if the had e-transfer available that was also a no....I then received daily calls for 3 consecutive days.
