The electrician sent to our community to cap off old lighting fixtures broke our lighting circuit, couldn't figure out what they had done, jury-rigged a new light sensor "to just get it to work", and refused to return to correct the actual damage. UPDATE: Another electrician came to fix the damage and found LIVE wires tucked neatly underground which were shorting and started to melt the plastic cap. Luckily no one was hurt
