Brought my car to Automedics for a coolant leak and was told I needed a $1,500 radiator. After the repair, it was still leaking—and I even found one of their tools left in my engine bay. Took it back and was told it was just the reservoir cap. Replaced that, still leaking. Reached out again and got no response. Ended up going to another shop to fix the issue correctly. A great place to take a vehicle if you’re getting a PPI, especially for a European. Marc was super knowledgeable and gave us the experience and insight we needed so we could avoid a car that was probably more trouble than it was worth. The other staff were very friendly and flexible with scheduling around myself and the buyer. Would highly recommend.
I am able to get a prompt appointment and service with clear communication (I love the text updates!). Very happy to have Auto Medics as our local automotive service provider. Thank you!
