When I pulled up I saw signs directing me where to go for help. It was a walk window :-) Greeting and asked what I was searching for, what price range and if the age of the rv was important. Went in looking for a small motor home. There was a newer class c out of my price range, older class b and was priced in expensive but the quality or it reflected the price. Mechanic was condesending, gave inaccurate information that cost me time, money and considerable heartache. They just couldn't be bothered, and when I went in for an RV inspection all they did was turn things off and on, no diagnostics. He said parts were not available for my vintage rv, and when I asked him when I could speak then he was free to speak to me in person said. "time is money, I'm never free."
