Unprofessional management, excellent employees I took two pairs of pants into the Greentown drop-off center for Blair's cleaners last Tuesday and was told to pick them up on Thursday. Finally today we contacted the main office and I spoke with management at Blair's cleaners on Market Ave. I was met with inept rudeness when I asked if I would receive a discount; his response and I quote "No discount, the employees at the outreach center did not understand policy.
