Terrible service, no quality control. Had the car in for an insurance claim. Was seen to 13 times before calling it done. To be fair that includes the initial appraisal and a wheel alignment, however.. Back in for newly made leaky door seal. A missing access hole cover. Different colour temperature running lights, one cool blue one warm. Same again for headlight. Silicone smeared over headlight. Mismatched panel gaps around lights. I would like to thank all the staff at Blair Wright who worked on my Mazda 2 Sports recently. The repairs themselves are excellent, the customer service very high and each individual I encountered was really decent and cheerful. I am fully aware they were real busy but they took the time.
