From the front desk to seeing Dr. Townsend, everything went smoothly and without any hitches. Although I already had ultrasound and CT Scan which is reason I needed to see a urologist, Dr. Townsend ordered an X-ray of kidney stone also. He is a kind, caring and compassionate urologist with a bedside manner that puts you at ease. He patiently listened to me and showed the X-ray of kidney stone and what needed to be done.
