The male vet pulled my cat by their tail and he was very rough with them . My heart was broken into pieces
This review is directed solely at vet Allen McGregor, not the clinic as a whole. The reception staff were lovely, and we haven’t dealt with the other vets. We are absolutely appalled by the way our kitten was treated by Allen McGregor. Two days after her spay surgery, we had to bring her back to the clinic due to extreme lethargy and refusal to eat, clear signs something wasn’t right.
