Repaired a vehicle on a DOT scale, and it broke 1 hour later. Arrived 4 hours after the call, we were given an ETA of 90 minutes. Did not change any parts, and charged $500. Sad what they do to hard working truckers that keep America moving.
We had a bearing failure on one of the wheels on my fifth wheel camper. Mr Blaire arrived, chained up the axle and escorted us a couple of miles on I 40 to a truck stop in Gordonsville, Tn. We got to the truck stop after dark and set up while he and his crew left for the night to go after parts. Next day he returned with parts and worked on into the night to get me fixed up.
