Dr. Blair Smith is such a compassionate, caring, knowledgeable physician. She truly cares about her patients. She takes time to explain procedures, etc. and answer questions. I have only good things to say about her and her team.
Terrible experiences trying to refer patients to this office. Scheduling is a nightmare. The staff answering the phone is not only unwilling to help but also wildly unprofessional stating things like " Do you understand what I said to you?" when asked for help. The staff answering the phone has discouraged more than 1 patient looking for care. I will forever warn my family, friends, and colleagues of this facility.
