BLAIR Rubber Company began manufacturing rubber tank linings in 1981. The company developed VE713BNE, a super abrasion resistant neoprene lining, in 1986. Blair exports rubber linings throughout the world. It started the first nonsmoke stack copper smelter project at Kennecott Copper Utah division. Blair Rubber was selected as an exclusive field applied rubber supplier in 1993 and supplied more than 400 rolls of rubber. They hired me as A banberry operator , they ended up putting in a new machine witch I found out very quickly with the new machine they had you would have to drop batches 30 degrees early from the chart they made , I was screamed at by supervisor for droping early and tried to exsplain if we don’t do this we will burn batches we have to drop early ! They didn’t want to hear it and forced me to follow spec so I said ok and started following spec like they wanted , needless to say all the batches from then on where being burned... read more
