They hired me as A banberry operator , they ended up putting in a new machine witch I found out very quickly with the new machine they had you would have to drop batches 30 degrees early from the chart they made , I was screamed at by supervisor for droping early and tried to exsplain if we don’t do this we will burn batches we have to drop early ! They didn’t want to hear it and forced me to follow spec so I said ok and started following spec like they wanted , needless to say all the batches from then on where being burned... read more
