Long-time customer has been waiting for months for a diagnosis regarding a problem with previous work done at my house. It was difficult, but I finally managed to get someone to come and take photos on 04-08-26. No response after photos. Since my calls, voice-mails, texts have not been successful, I went in person to the office. I am still waiting (05-21-26) for a call back from the supervisor. I've heard of being black-balled by a fraternity, but black-balled by a business?!
If you need something replaced, call them. If you want a specific service done, don’t bother. Just trying to get my water heater serviced and the drip in the toilet to get fixed. He told me that a part in the back of the toilet needs to be replaced. In the same breath, he told me that he would have to rebuild a new toilet. The plumber that came to my house said “Oh, I don’t do that. I only do replacements”. I asked if there was someone else that I could get with to see if they can help…nope. “We don’t do that”.
