Long-time customer has been waiting for months for a diagnosis regarding a problem with previous work done at my house. It was difficult, but I finally managed to get someone to come and take photos on 04-08-26. No response after photos. Since my calls, voice-mails, texts have not been successful, I went in person to the office. I am still waiting (05-21-26) for a call back from the supervisor. I've heard of being black-balled by a fraternity, but black-balled by a business?!
If you need something replaced, call them. If you want a specific service done, don’t bother. Just trying to get my water heater serviced and the drip in the toilet to get fixed. He told me that a part in the back of the toilet needs to be replaced. In the same breath, he told me that he would have to rebuild a new toilet. The plumber that came to my house said “Oh, I don’t do that. I only do replacements”. I asked if there was someone else that I could get with to see if they can help…nope. “We don’t do that”. We had our home serviced on Christmas Eve for a plumbing issue. The plumbers were unable to fix the problem that day and asked to return on Friday due to a Christmas lunch, which we understood and agreed to. However, after the plumber left my kitchen, I noticed my cabinets were stained with the same black, foul-smelling substance from the drain, and my floor was also damaged. Outstanding service. I highly recommend Blair Plumbing for their services. My technician, Daniel, was outstanding. He listened to my concerns, viewed all the problem spots and gave an estimate. Then he fixed two jobs on the spot. Great job!
This company is the worst to do any job. I had them to install a bathtub in my bathroom. Still today is still smell like the sore whenever you walk into my bedroom do not hire this company to do any work for you I pay for it every day of my life with the smell of sewage in my bedroom. The sewage smell is so strong. I paid $5000. Dollars just For my bedroom to smell like shit constantly every day I had the manager to come out he told me nothing was wrong. This is the worst company run.
