I was looking for a neurologist for my daughter and called their office. The receptionist was so rude to me. She didn't want to answer my questions and kept cutting me off. She said that she was saving us both time and said to have our doctor call them. How rude! Needless to say, I'm calling elsewhere. I need a compassionate, caring office, not one that can't be bothered with you.
