I usually only write reviews for positive experiences, but the interaction I had with this company during my move was so horrible that I feel I must at least try to let people know to avoid this company. I should have known better when the packing crew arrived the first day and were denied access to the facility due to 1 being a Felony, 2 on probation and the other one failing to bring ID. This would not have been a issue if I would have not told the representative that called me 2 days prior that the facility does not allow... read more
