THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! Do not go here they do not care about you at all. I went here with high hopes that they would be here for me and be my new primary care doctor and they let me down. They do not care about you at all and it's actually hilarious. Blair medical is the best doctors office I’ve been to! The front desk is always nice, especially Phillip. Dr. Luo is amazing, she really takes the time to explain everything, makes you feel comfortable and is very empathetic. She’s the type of doctor who you meet and never want to lose. Also wanted to mention Noah the phlebotomist is fantastic and very skilled, and Dawn the nurse was very thorough!
Doctors are OK. Nothing to brag about. Not a sympathetic office whatsoever. The front desk people are usually rude and keep you on hold for a long time and end up hanging up after being left on hold. Nobody seems to care. Don’t bother.
I called to see if they accepted my insurance, but the office staff are not able to because “everyone has different plans”. I scheduled this appointment 2 weeks ago, and this morning when I asked if they ran insurance eligibility to see if they saw my active plan and pcp change, they still told me to call my insurance to check if I was in network. Doctors are good, but practice management is terrible. As many other mentioned, receptionists are rude, they lie. Never pick up phones. No way to reach them for any concern. Practice manager doesn't care to improve customer experience, not sure if doctors or owner of the Practice care abt it.
