I'm taking off a couple stars for a couple reasons. One, my appt was at 10:45am and I arrived 15 mins early as requested by their numerous reminder texts. And at 11:15, I was finally brought into a room and asked to undress, only to be left sitting there another 30 mins. No one kept me informed she was running late.
