We found the lawyer through another attorney referring us for a contract for a general contractor for reference for construction law. We met via phone call only with a follow up email and phone call. We had a contract drafted from W2 employment and then had the name changed for LLC name. We paid a $2500 retainer fee and were told that would be more than needed to draft the contract.
