Mostly nice neighbors, pleasant atmosphere, monthly rent is high
Strawberry Ridge in Valrio, FL is a Blair Group Community. I have been here 10 months & am so sorry I chose this place. The park is on a severe decline. Some of the issues: the retainage pond is covered in Sweet Weed and algae; the drain is plugged and with severe rain, homes are flooding; the pool is packed with non-residents & kids; homes are in disrepair and the lawns are an eye sore; nothing is done about homeowners who allow their dogs to mess in the public areas. This is a wonderful 55+ community with lots of activities. Beautifully kept grounds. Relax or be as active as you want. Very friendly.
