This office is a MESS. No follow-up unless you initiate it (literally had an appointment meant to be a follow-up to discuss the results of specific tests, and until I specifically asked about the results after being told the appointment was over the PA didn't even know that anything was ran- which as I said was the entire point of the appointment? So either that PA had no idea what was going on or no one communicates in that office. Once she left and came back she knew exactly what tests I was referencing, meaning meaning I ... read more

Dr. Kerstetter was very nice and personable. He explained everything to me very well. The nurses and anesthesiologist were very friendly and put me at ease. The facility is very clean, and it is run efficiently. Much better here than having procedures done in the hospital!
