I had an appointment scheduled for weeks, WEEKS. They called the Monday before my thursday appointment to tell me the doctor is busy. I work during office hours, so they talked to my husband. It was OK for them to tell him my appointment was canceled but he wasn't allowed to reschedule it for me.
