Great service! We are new to the world of sprinklers at Kasten Marine. Noticed a head leaking afterhours and they were onsite within the hour. May have avoided a major flood. A-1 service and very courteous. Brian educated us a bit while onsite as well. He was able to put the fire alarm on standby so we did not trigger the fire dept.
Lost my extinguisher I dropped off for a recharge, compensated me with a new extinguisher in exchange but charged me double what I was originally quoted for a refill. Also never called to let me know they lost it in the first place.
Excellent at communicating! Such a relief having been through so many other contractors. Thanks for all your current and continued work.
Had Kevin out to look at our riser flow switch yesterday 8/7/24. He tried blowing smoke at me and said the issue we were having is normal and just to push the arm back up to make contact with the switch . When I told him this isn't acceptable he was rude to me, like he didn't want to do the job. So he did the job anyways, but left the area a mess and didn't inform me ( The maintenance manager) that the job was finished and what all he did. I will not recommend this company and will be looking to move my business elsewhere!
