Electricians like Jared don't exist anymore. Crazy story... The lights have been dimming off and on in my house for the past 6-7 years. There is no consistency. We called three electricians to come out. The first two (big name places) didn't even come out to the house, they asked me to "text them pictures" and quoted me prices via text.
