I have had negative experiences in the past which resulted in me seeking medical treatment elsewhere. Fast forward 5 years, my youngest has ear pain I’m suspecting is an ear infection. We go in on a Sunday morning and we’re greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The waiting room is very clean and plenty of places to sit. We waited maybe two minutes before we were called back.
