We have to thank everyone at Blair Candy and, of course, Pam, for all of their amazing customer service! We ordered 30 cases of Gummy pizza, and accidentally received the large gummy pizzas, and not the small, that we asked for. They quickly set up a swap, and shipping details, and the incorrect pizzas were picked up! We had a little trouble with UPS getting the new pizzas, and Pam took it upon herself to figure out the mystery with UPS, and we were able to get the pizzas! Excellent customer service!! I needed 15lbs of gummy bears shipped to NEPA in two days, so I selected UPS 2-Day Air shipping. I received an e-mail from the company informing me that since they are based in PA, shipping basic UPS ground would still ensure my items arrived on time.
