As a regular patient at the clinic, Stacey from the receptionist team always makes my visits feel so easy and comfortable. She is incredibly friendly, kind, helpful, and nothing feels like too much trouble. She really goes out of her way to make things run smoothly and makes you feel genuinely welcomed every time. She’s an absolute asset to the clinic!
Dr. Hanna is caring, listens to my concerns, and always helps me find the best solution. Highly recommend!
The worst receptionist - the Old one in the reception. I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist when I called to inform the clinic that I would be approximately five minutes late for my appointment. During the conversation, she was rude and dismissive. I felt that she made unfair assumptions about my English skills and was disrespectful in the way she spoke to me. Receptionist Stacey is very kind and compassionate. Always speaks with respect. Lovely doctors and don’t run late. Bulk billing as well is fantastic.
