I recommend Blain's Tree Experts. I needed some dead branches that were directly above the electrical line from the pole to my house cut down before nature took care of it for me. I called the number on their website and the voicemail said to either leave a message or, for faster service, send a text message. I opted for the text message and I wish this was something more businesses would adopt.
