I went in to get my tires repaired under warranty and had a very disappointing experience. I was told only 2 of the 4 tires could be covered because of an “issue,” and that I would need to pay over $700 for the other two since they claimed my vehicle was all-wheel drive. The problem? My vehicle is front-wheel drive. When I pushed back and insisted they double-check, they came back within seconds to admit I was correct. Jalil and Dakota - THANK YOU! I walked in with minutes to spare of them being open and shared I needed a new car battery. Jalil walked me over to find the battery I needed and Dakota saved the day by being willing to replace it right then. I am so grateful!
I had a blown tire after hours and my Jack wasn’t working - Alec came out with a Jack from the shop and helped me replace the tire! Super helpful even when they were closed! Thank you Alec for helping me for an hour and a half. I would have been stuck without you!
