This is the worst branch for the automotive service dept. which is horrible on scheduling, service from techs and the customer satisfaction from the management. In the last 7 months I have brought my car(s) to them for services ranging from oil changes, balancing tires, brakes and wheel bearings and no matter what the service was I have always had a “Unique” experience where I had to bring it back and they had to correct what ever the issue was ranging from the service to the condition of my vehicles interior was left, like ... read more
***PLEASE READ*** We brought in our 2016 Volkswagen to get an oil change for a whopping $85 at Blains Farm and Fleet located at 1300 Dekalb Avenue in Sycamore Illinois. 3 weeks later, the oil light came on on the car’s dash and we noticed oil had been leaking all over our driveway. In the meantime, i had to top up the oil with my own supply. We called Blains in Sycamore the next morning and they said to bring it in right away.
