Cannot say enough good things about Blain’s! Our engine splash plate came loose while driving cross country and the folks at Blain’s got us in and fixed us up in under an hour on a Sunday afternoon no less! They were so kind to us (even accommodating our dog with treats and water!). It is thanks to them that we could continue on with our cross country road trip to our wedding! They really saved the day!
What can I say but amazing service! My partner and I were in a bind as our brake caliper began to fail on us. It was our last day in town and we needed it fixed. Fortunately, we got great professional service at a reasonable turnaround. Thanks for the help!
Very rude customer service, especially if something didn't go right through them... I had to call corporate for how badly I was treated .. then after that got a call from the manager being EXTREMELY RUDE just because of that. If they even reply to this it will most likely be against me for something I said about them loll don't fall for it. 0 stars NEVER coming again.
