Said that my service would take 45 minutes so I scheduled it for a day that I had to work due to them being positive that it would only take 45 minutes. I specifically double checked that. I got there and waited for TWO hours. And was almost late to work due to them not being able to give a proper estimate for the time and just shrugging it off when I said I had places to be after and said it would be done soon. Terrible customers service. Will never go back there.
took way longer than expected when they said it would be 45 minutes it was 1 hr and 45 minutes, almost 2 hours. If it’s going to be that long, communicate that ahead of time? where’s the time management? we have lives and jobs to do, too! was almost late to work shift because of this. Not happy
Cannot say enough good things about Blain’s! Our engine splash plate came loose while driving cross country and the folks at Blain’s got us in and fixed us up in under an hour on a Sunday afternoon no less! They were so kind to us (even accommodating our dog with treats and water!). It is thanks to them that we could continue on with our cross country road trip to our wedding! They really saved the day!
