Rude and very incompetent. No such thing as good service anymore. I wouldn't trust their "techs" with a bicycle tire.
0 stars if I could. DONT GO HERE! Went in for an alignment because my usual shop was booked out a week. They told me I needed $1700 worth of work done before they could do an alignment. Said I needed new rotors because they were rusty. Not because they were bad. Which they wernt at all. Said I needed new shocks and struts because they looked original. Not because I needed them. Had my car in last summer We kept telling them it needs struts Keep going around it replacing parts that needed to be done Put struts on it was still knocking strut noises bad Took it back 5 times for them to finally replace them again They use used parts from china They will screw your cars up never go here for anything On top of all that put cv joint on wrong ripping my rim apart Than gave us crap cause they didn’t want to fix it right They need new mechanics that know how to do there job right if they don’t they will kill... read more
I took it there. As I had good luck with them before. This time it was different They looked at it They said it needed a lot of work. They told me they had to order some part. I talked to them on Sunday because I had some questions They told me they had the part. To bring it in on Tuesday They didn't tell anytime that it was to be there on Tuesday So I was going to drop it off after work.
