Brought my daughter’s 2020 Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change, received the report after the oil change and the report said 2019 Jeep Cherokee. When they called to let me know the vehicle was ready, I asked why the report says 2019 Jeep. Grayson said that they use the VIN# and that is the most accurate. When we picked up the vehicle I told him that I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and he acted like there was no issue. Blain’s Farm & Fleet is a great store with solid prices and a wide selection, but I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I’m not a fan of their system where you take a paper to the register and have someone bring the item out from the back. I like to see the product in front of me, hold it, think it over, and make sure it’s exactly what I need before I buy—basically, I want to take the item on a “first date” before committing to it.
