With all the construction in Grafton and Cedarburg, I picked up a screw in my tire. My husband patched the hole but it wasnt holding. I made an appointment for Monday, but swung by today (Sunday) just to see if there was any possibility of getting it redone today. Devante was very accomodating and had me out within the hour! So very grateful for everyone who helped today!
I'm surprised anything gets done in the shop. Just stood at the counter for nearly 15 minutes, while no less than 3 employees behind the counter, helping one customer ahead of me, who was already there when I walked in (so who knows how long this poor guy was here). I was looked at, directly in the eye, at least 2 times, not one word was said, like, "we'll be right with you", nothing. After I looked at time, and realized I had been standing there for 15 minutes, I left, and went somewhere else.
