They weren't able to add coolant during an oil change appointment because they said they "didn't know what type of coolant went in my vehicle and had no way to look it up" but also they "aren't allowed to add any fluids to vehicles". They also added and charged me for fuel injector cleaner without asking me or explaining why.
Great experience! We broke down on vacation and got towed to Blain’s. They went over and above to be helpful and get us back on the road.

When I had some emergency car battery trouble, I was super anxious and came to them immediately. The employees were INCREDIBLY helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I would absolutely come to them again.
