4 o’clock on a Sunday we blew a tire on the camper and they were able to mount a new tire and get us back on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
They weren't able to add coolant during an oil change appointment because they said they "didn't know what type of coolant went in my vehicle and had no way to look it up" but also they "aren't allowed to add any fluids to vehicles". They also added and charged me for fuel injector cleaner without asking me or explaining why.
Great experience! We broke down on vacation and got towed to Blain’s. They went over and above to be helpful and get us back on the road.
