I went in for an alignment and oil change. I was told they couldn't do the alignment because I needed tie rods. I made an appointment to replace them. I showed up for the appointment and was told they needed about hour and a half. Hour and a half later I was informed they didn't have the parts and said they would call back. 3 weeks later and no call back. I got my alignment from another garage and never needed tie rods. Very dishonest or incompetent staff. Avoid this place at all costs.
20 minutes late on starting my daughters oil change, took 60 minutes once they got started, 5 people with only our car to work on so they stood around talking the whole time, one guy was more interested in hanging out with his partner in the parking lot when she brought him a iced coffee…complete waste of time and a Saturday Afternoon
