Not very knowledgeable so do your homework on what you want to buy before going
I've used them at least half a dozen times and keep giving them second chances. This time I scheduled repairs that my car is barely safe to drive without and they waited until I got to the appt to tell me they didn't have anyone there qualified to do it but offered to reschedule. Sometimes it's easier to fix your own car than to go through them
I went in for an alignment and oil change. I was told they couldn't do the alignment because I needed tie rods. I made an appointment to replace them. I showed up for the appointment and was told they needed about hour and a half. Hour and a half later I was informed they didn't have the parts and said they would call back. 3 weeks later and no call back. I got my alignment from another garage and never needed tie rods. Very dishonest or incompetent staff. Avoid this place at all costs.
