I have appointment at 8:15am after I drop off my kids I late 7 minutes and they told me do reschedule
Really bad experience getting new tires. I returned 30 minutes after my car was supposed to be ready and it was still in the garage. I waited another 30 minutes and eventually walked outside to find they had pulled it around and never notified me it was ready. Then I waited another 15 minutes to check out. More troubling, the tires were inflated to pressures ranging from 31-42 PSI. Yikes. They seem to have one competent mechanic who the rest of the team relies on to do everything.
Stopped in at 2 PM to have a tire pressure sensor switched out and was told they were “super backed up and not taking anymore appointments or walk in’s for the day”. I would 100% understand if I couldn’t see three mechanics sitting in the shop on their phones and not a car in the bay…… this will be the first and last I stop in for tire work.
Thank you for taking the time to fix the coolant hose and fill the vehicle with antifreeze during a cold winter day. We appreciate your response and care!
