We purchased a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower today and from the moment we came in until later in the day when we picked it up we had SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every single person we interacted with went over and above to help us, answer our questions and make sure we were taken care of. Melanie helped us first , followed by Tim the store manager. Walked in Sunday with some parts that I brought from home so I could match hardware for a project. The girl behind the desk insisted she inspected my stuff to make sure I wasn't stealing hardware. She inspected and decided I was legit and was allowed to purchase my spacer, bearing and carriage bolt. They have cameras. Instead of using them, a teenager insists on inspecting my clear bag full of used parts. Very poor experience for a Farm and Fleet.
