So happy with my experience at Blains, Traveling in the area, and only spending 8 days here, and they managed to diagnose the fault in my VW A/C system, get the parts shipped and repaired in 4 days! Very happy with their friendly and professional service, highly recommend them 😊
I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Upon visiting to have my window inspected, I was informed that a new motor and module would be required at a cost of $1100, with a waiting period of approximately two weeks for the parts to arrive from Melbourne. However, when I collected the vehicle, I noticed the window was functioning normally. It transpired that there was no issue with the motor or module, and I was nearly charged for unnecessary repairs.
