If I could give this company no stars, I would. They charge ****** to come and provide a quote. That was Monday May 20th. They said by Friday we would have the quote. We have called multiple times and emailed and now it is June 21st, 2024 and still no quote!! ****** had the audacity to tell my husband that he was being rude when speaking to her and she would have the quote to him the next day that was 11 days ago and still no quote! I agree with the other review here. Ordered parts in April 2023, never received part of the order. Apparently their computer system has no notes, as I had to repeat myself over and over trying to figure out the status of an order. Now they won't even send me a receipt for the items I never received. Can't recommend avoiding this place strongly enough.
The customer ********************** experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order for window parts three months ago, but I never received an estimated delivery date. When I attempted to follow up on the order, my inquiries were consistently ignored. Calls were put on hold indefinitely without any response, and even when I tried reaching out via text, the service remained consistently poor. I strongly advise against using this service.

What began as a recommendation from Feldco to have some window’s repaired (I’m replacing the majority of my windows) and me wanting to support a local, small business, ended up with me writing my first negative review of ANY business. Fast, professional and reasonable.
2 double pane windows, 1 broke on outside, 1 on inside...both fixed very efficiently within 3 days!! (would have been 2, but I made it an extra day!!) Nice guys doing it, very friendly!!! and considerate! I would highly recommend!!!
