I would rate the doctor’s face to face interaction, but he refused to leave his office to even have a conversation with me, despite me being there for a scheduled appt. Instead, he left his new front desk assistant, who still is clearly not ready to take on the task of running the office (likely not even her fault-but rather his) and his hygienist (who was the only person out of the three to show any sort of compassion for my situation) to deal with my “visit” which was a mess, start to finish.
