Rude! He was the on call physician for Dr. Roe. My daughters asthma situation devolved rather quickly during dinner so my husband took her to urgent care. The doctor called a minute after they left. I told him I was sorry but my husband just left and took her to urgent care. He said ugghh and bye rudely! Thank goodness this person is not my children’s doctor. I don’t care if he is the on call physician, I will go elsewhere rather than deal with someone who is inconvenienced because a child asthma for worse so quickly.
I have been taking my children to Dr. Nowak for 13 years now. He is always very knowledgeable and professional when we walk in there. The kids all love him. There is no beating around the bush type answers. He has a lot of experience and is thorough in his treatments and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. His nursing staff is also very friendly and knows us well. We are always able to get in right away which makes things very convenient for a mom of 4 (5th on the way).
