Blaine is reliable and responsive. Used him for years. He's direct and listens. He certainly has the expertise required to execute a deal. I especially appreciate that he is not a "Los Angeles" flashy type realtor that will force sell anything on you. He let's you go in the house and figure it out for yourself if you like it and answers questions when asked but doesn't give unsolicited advice. A rare find with a realtor.
