AVOID AVOID AVOID we brought our Truck in on Mar 23/ 2026 to repair a DEF issue, At that time, the truck was derated to 5 mph. After inspection, we were told the DEF pump needed replacement. we approved the repair and the pump was ordered and replaced. After that we were informed that doser needed cleaning Once that was completed we were then told the entire DEF system needs to be replaced. Place is a joke. They would not sell me cage bolts, told me I had to buy complete chambers to get them. Went across town to Parts City and they helped me with no hassle.
