There were 6 people standing around and talking while I waited at the front counter for over 15 minutes. Listened to workers shout out that they identify as 12yr olds. No one greeted or even attempted to help me.
Had a boat trailer come in for a new axle. Took 2 weeks just to get a quote without good communication throughout. They were “forced” to use a vendor that quoted way above (and four weeks longer than) any other shops in the surrounding area (I checked with 3 others. All less than half). I was charged $300 in labor to put the trailer back together so it could move to a shop that could communicate, get the part for cheaper, get the part faster, and actually wanted to do the job.
