This Doctors is one of the worst things about living in this town. One minute it's "Call back before 10am." Next it's "Call back after 10pm" Make your minds up. The receptionists aren't great. And the old male doctor laughed in my face when I told him I was depressed. 0 Out of 5. Do not reccommend. Avoid if possible. Change drastically needed.
I had the unfortunate experience of visiting the practice this morning for a Shingles vaccination. I was treated with a total lack of dignity and respect by the nurse Laura Jenkins. She refused 3 times to give me my vaccination unless I had it in the exact place that she wanted me to have it! I tried to explain that the injection site was too near the bone but she was having none of it. Most of the doctors are great but why are all of the receptionists so miserable? I don't understand why you would go into a customer facing role in a high pressured environment if you can't just be nice to people and wear a smile. The older one with short brown hair is the absolute worst. Always acts like you're inconveniencing her, it's your job to give me an appointment after waiting in the queue. I called up this morning and got through to someone very fast. I spoke to Hailey and she was very cheerful and polite with me. She helped me with a GP appointment and told me information about a midwife book that I didn't know before. Thank you, Hailey, you made my day!
Well what can I say about this surgery....? 1 you can never get through to get an appointment, but when you get through they tell you to phone back "Monday" as they have no more appointments available , but when you go in there there isn't a soul in there🤔🤔🤔! When you phone back they tell you again that there's no more available., an when you finally get an appointmeant it's nearly 3wks b4 you can get in to see a doctor!
