I had an unfortunate incident in the fall when some kind soul (sarcasm) hit my car in a grocery store parking lot and didn't leave a note or stick around and, of course, no witnesses. However, every step of the way from the police to the insurance company to the car rental company was handed professionally and I am very grateful.
