Waited almost 5 weeks for a multipoint inspection on my 2 year old Ram 1500, took them 2 hours to do a 30 min inspection and they missed 3 unbalanced tires, a bad wheel bearing and a leaking front differential as well as other things. Had the truck inspected by two other smaller shops and the tires balanced by A1 tires so got it all fixed in the end but a complete waste of time going to the dealer! You used to take your vehicle to the detailer to be sure the smaller mechanic didn't miss anything now it's the other way around... read more
Not the most friendly dealership. Lacking customer service in the service department. Staff did not want to hear my concerns, nor did they call to update on the status of my vehicle once service was complete. Skip Truro and head right to the city. However the girl who did set up my appointment was very friendly and helpful. Went downhill from there.
Go see Aiden, hes a young man out of stfx and eager to get you in your next vechile. It was a pleasure dealing with him and many others there. What a great experience.
