Had an appointment scheduled with Miggy. I was stuck waiting for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment before leaving. They should not take/schedule a customer that's going to run 40 minutes into a scheduled time (or pack them so close the prior appointment runs 40 minutes over) Miggy should have told me it would be a significant wait when I walked in. Instead I was told it would be a minute. He could have just wasted my time driving there and back, instead he wasted an extra 40 minutes.
Miggy did an incredible job with my haircut today. From the moment I sat in the chair, he took the time to understand exactly what style I wanted. His attention to detail is sharp, his technique is precise, and he clearly takes great pride in his craft.Beyond the excellent cut, Miggy is great to chat with and creates a comfortable, professional atmosphere.
