Very Nice people to deal with
Went in for a service repair on a brand new product something that would be manufacturer warranty. The worker that was there didn't care to help out because I quote "you didn't purchase it from me so I'm not going to go out of my way for you." Overall seems like scam business tactics where they want you to pay for repairs that would otherwise be through a manufacturer warranty.
Great customer service and very trustworthy.
