I've come here a handful of times and these guys are just rude. "Yeah if you don't see it on the shelf we don't have it" kind of attitude. Don't bother trying to ask a question about the equipment, you'll be made to feel like a fool. I give them one extra star for stocking Stihl equipment which is generally reliable. Hope you keep making the big bucks in your next-to-zero competition environment, guys.
Great service. Great price point. Great parking. Great advice. Did I mention they’re Great? Needed a mower blade sharpened and between drop off and pick up was shy a couple hours. Very happy with the results. Return customer indeed.
Would not recommend for mower blade sharpening. Was done very poorly by hand without any guide for the correct angle and I doubt the balance was checked. I could have easily done a better job myself and will now be taking it home to clean up the burred edges. If you have an angle grinder or bench grinder, handle it yourself or take it else where.
Tried to hussle me for 50 bucks after I told him the price I was finding online for a chainsaw bar. Was my "go to" shop now I switched to an online store that delivers to my door. Or I use murph's in Sundre if I need it today.
Called the store to inquire about a cordless blower,Kevin was very helpful and said come on over and try a couple,before you decide,the one was to heavy due to arthritis in my hands,but looked a beast of a machine,that I would have liked,I purchased a STIHL,Kevin was very helpful with my questions, and even carried the box to my vehicle ( as a narly 60 year old lady I appreciated that) I would definitely recommend anyone to go visit the boys here,even though the phones were going crazy I never felt rushed,like some big box s... read more
