This company started out good, but I am finding in just a few months that they seem to have all new employees and I was told by the office that all of my original guys quit. Anyhow, this is the second time that they chose to come out on a day when it has been raining all day, which their equipment causes gouges in the grass and clumps. Over fertilized my lawn and burnt a path all through my lawn along the side and all through the front lawn. So I payed to have my lawn looking good through the summer and that is what I ended up with. With that being said I know mistakes happen. They replanted the area and aerated and over seeded this fall. However there are still very many patchy spots and it looks bad. I had an overseed done and they actually came out the day I made the deposit. They are always very prompt and treat me as a serious customer even with me having a small yard. I'm very impressed with the results.
